wagashi "Wakakaede"

Young maple leaf shaped wagashi.
The name is "Waka-kaede"
Wagashi is general term for characteristically Japanese confectionery.
Waka = young
kaede = maple leaf
This is a kanten jelly.
wagashi is beautiful and delicious.
