Umeshu

Japanese ume plums are in season now.

Do you know "Umeshu(梅酒)" ?

Umeshu is a Japanese liqueur made from steeping ume fruits (while still unripe and green) in alcohol and sugar. It has a sweet, sour taste,and delicious.
